Often treatment is given to you immediately after your first consultation, but sometimes it may be necessary to seek further information from your GP, or to arrange for X-rays, or a blood or urine test.

HOWEVER, it is important you phone your insurance company to check for any restrictions. You may need a referral from your general practioner or consultant.
